Media budgets, paid external tools and professional photo/video production are not automatically included. The client provides materials, access and required permissions. Deliverables, overlap with another service and capacity are confirmed in the offer.
Standard monthly capacity does not roll over; an individual output may move by agreement. An output delayed by Cortex is delivered later without using the next month’s standard capacity.
